Words can not describe the way how I feel now compared to how I felt before my sessions! Cathie is absolutely and truly amazing! She will walk you through all details with professional skills, lift you up and put you right back on track! She will be cheerleading you, in best way she can for you to keep going and believe in yourself, so then you'll become the best cheerleader of yourself! I can't thank Lee and Luna Hypnotherapy enough for helping with my phobia issues. He took the time to listen, engage and tailor a bespoke service for me. Each session was delivered without hurry and at no point was I made to feel 'ridiculous' for something that intellectually I knew was not a danger to me. From the outset I was not worried about confidentiality issues or thoughts that my concerns and feelings were inconsequential. The entire process and methodology was clearly explained and good communication maintained throughout. At a time when I was making myself emotionally quite vulnerable to a stranger I felt nothing but safe. My appointments have now concluded but I feel in a much better place going forwards and know that should any complications arise I can always reconnect.
I cannot recommend Luna Hypnotherapy enough. After recent trauma and health concerns, Cathy helped me to allow myself to recover and build on my experiences in a positive way. I was immediately put at ease and everything explained in detail along the way. I went to Lunar with one issue, but feel that along the way, we have addressed so much more and given me my confidence and “the old me back”. I have worked with Cathie for around 2 months and I can honestly say she's changed my life!I have had many different types of counselling over the years from CBT and meetings but this has had the best results! I have just finished my final hypnotherapy session with Lee for my fear of needles, it has been a very positive and insightful experience. The thought of having a needle of any kind made me feel dizzy and very anxious. However since the hypnotherapy I feel I am more calm and relaxed when it comes to needles, I am yet to officially have one but I feel much more positive for when the time comes. I would definitely recommend Lee he really has been helpful and insightful and everything seemed to make more sense. Lee recommended a relaxation track to listen to and it has benefited both myself and my partner, my partner wants to listen to it every night and I’m sure we will continue to listen to the track. It has been a pleasure to have worked with Lee, Thank you very much for all your help and support!
My experience at Worksop Hypnotherapy and specifically with Lee Was excellent and life-changing. Lee is thoughtful, detailed, attentive, supportive, and engaging. I've been working with cathie now on a few things. All I can say is if you put your trust in this therapy it will change your life! Cathie is extremely talented in what she does and I highly recommend. I have had many therapies but this one has worked the best out of all.
